Symptoms
Accessing Roundcube errors with:
Oops... something went wrong!
An internal error has occurred. Your request cannot be processed at this time.
For administrators: Please check the application and/or server error logs for more information.
Cause
An update to the cpanel-roundcubemail package added a Roundcube plugin that's not compatible on some systems and causes Roundcube to not load.
We've opened an internal case for our development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is CPANEL-51111. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product.
Resolution
This plugin folder can be moved aside for now to resolve the issue:
mv -v /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/roundcube/plugins/formbricks{,.backup.$(date +%F_%R)}
Note: /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/roundcube/plugins/formbricks will be regenerated by the next update.
