Symptoms

When using the Transfer Tool with the "Restricted Restore" option enabled, accounts are transferred without any addon or parked domains.

Description

This is the intended behavior when the "Restricted Restore" option is enabled.

Workaround

Delete the account, and then transfer the accounts without the "Restricted Restore" option enabled.
