Symptoms
When performing any of the following:
- Backup Account
- Restore Account
- Transfer Account with the Transfer Tool
- Suspend Account
- Unsuspend Account
You may see a warning that looks similar to the following:

Description
This warning message is purely information and can be safely ignored.
This warning message was added in 2016 as a result of a fix where it was found that if a domain's quota file was missing, it could cause problems with properly configuring Horde. We implemented a fix to make the Horde configuration script detect if the file exists, and simply move forward with the rest of the configuration if no quota file needed to be processed. This warning is provided in case diagnostics are necessary when troubleshooting issues surrounding this type of event. It's perfectly fine for a domain to not have a quota file.
