Symptoms
Attempting to use a backup transporter via Rsync destination reports a failure to validate. A similar error will occur.
Error: Validation for transport failed:
Can't ssh to rsync.net:
unable to establish master SSH connection:
bad password or master process exited unexpectedly at
/usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Transport/Files/Rsync.pm line 260.

Description
cPanel backup transporter currently expects shell capabilities that may not be available for servers that will be used for remote backups. In the event, a server doesn't have full SSH an error can occur either when attempting to validate or upload backups.

Workaround
Utilize an Rsync account with full shell capabilities or an alternative remote backup solution for cPanel remote backup destinations.
