Symptoms
After upgrading or installing version 100, the Acronis backup plugin is missing for cPanel end-users.
- Acronis backup isn't searchable in cPanel
- Accessing Acronis backup in Jupiter returns a 404 error. The plugin is installed for paper_lantern but not Jupiter. However, Acronis backup is searchable in Jupiter.
Description
cPanel version 100 uses the new Jupiter theme as the default theme instead of paper_lantern. Installed plugins will remain installed, but the dynamicUI configuration may need to be regenerated. This issue occurs due to a change in the install plugin function in cPanel version 100. If plugins are installed without specifying a theme, the default theme is used.
Workaround
Install the Acronis backup install.json plugin file with the following command for paper_lantern.
/scripts/install_plugin --theme paper_lantern /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/acronisbackup/config_original/cPanel/
