Symptoms
When a domain has a Dynamic DNS entry configured, the cPanel end user is unable to remove the addon domain because of the active Dynamic DNS entry.
Description
Configuring a Dynamic DNS entry for an addon domain will prevent the addon domain from successfully being removed in the Domains section of cPanel.
We've opened an internal case for our development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is CPANEL-46613. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product.
Workaround
Remove the Dynamic DNS entry and then remove the addon domain.
