Introduction
This article discusses how one might customize the welcome email for a new mail user.
Procedure
To customize the welcome email, the corresponding notification template will need to be modified as described in our documentation here: https://docs.cpanel.net/knowledge-base/general-systems-administration/notification-templates/
As mentioned in our documentation, the specific templates which govern that mail notification are as follows:
