Introduction
The SocialBee application cannot be removed from a cPanel server and is installed when the cPanel update script, upcp, runs. However, the SocialBee feature can be disabled, removing the interface from users' cPanel Interfaces. This article provides the steps to disable the SocialBee feature from the command line.
Procedure
- Log into the WHM panel as the root user.
- Navigate to the Feature Manager in the path below
" WHM / Packages / Feature Manager " - Under "Manage Feature List" locate "disabled" then "edit"
- Find "Social Media Management" in the list and select it.
- Save your changes to the "Disabled" feature list.
Please note, that all features enabled in the "disabled" feature list will not be able to be enabled in other feature lists. This is a special list which fully disables the feature across the server.
