Long DNS records cause the edit/delete buttons to be pushed out of the DNS Zone Editor UI and become unclickable.

Description
This is due to a UI scaling issue in the DNS Zone Editor interface.
We've opened an internal case for our development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is WPX-8596. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product.
Workaround
The DNS zones can be edited via WHM.
