Symptoms
When performing a restore of an account using a backup created by pkgacct, the automated backups, or performing a transfer via the Transfer Tool, the WP-Toolkit data for the account is not included. As a result, accessing WP-Toolkit for the account shows no websites are present, even though the website data was restored/transferred successfully.
Description
The WP-Toolkit data is not being included as part of the pkgacct process, which is used by the Transfer Tool and account backups. As such, the website data is being backed up, but the data associated for the website in WP-Toolkit is not.
We've opened an internal case for our development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is CPANEL-48705. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product.
Workaround
After the restoration or transfer is completed, use the "Scan" feature in the account's "WordPress Manager" to re-add your websites to WP-Toolkit.
Any further configuration for the website will then need to be manually re-applied.
