Description

A recent update to the Redis Object Cache plugin causes an intermittent problem when logging in from the login link in WP Toolkit. 

The WPTK team is investigating this problem. For reference, the case number is WPX-8801. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product. 

 

Workaround

Disabling and re-enabling the Redis Object Cache plugin will make the problem go away.

  1. Navigate to "WHM / WP Toolkit / Plugins tab"
  2. Click the checkbox on "Redis Object Cache 2.6.5"
  3. Then click deactivate,
  4. After completion, click activate to reactivate

Running "wp cache flush" will also make the problem go away.
