Symptoms
After updating cPanel to version 130, the ea-podman command returns the following error:

Undefined subroutine &Whostmgr::Accounts::Shell::has_unrestricted_shell
Description
Version 130 released a change to an existing function that the ea-podman command uses. We found an issue with the updated ea-podman version not being available on CloudLinux servers.
We've contacted the CloudLinux development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is UPS-788. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product.
