Once cPanel & WHM is installed on the new server, you can utilize the "WHM / Transfers / Transfer Tool" to move an individual cPanel account or multiple accounts to the new server.
Another way to transfer an individual cPanel account is by navigating to "WHM / Transfers / Transfer or Restore a cPanel Account" and then selecting the "Transfer from Remote cPanel Account" option.
